This technical course is a two-day workshop on structured problem solving and decision making for manufacturing and engineering teams, supported by statistics and DOE thinking.
Participants learn to define and classify problems, gather and review evidence, perform root cause analysis, isolate faulty components or systems and close out problems effectively, with team exercises throughout.
