DOE2 (Factorial Experiments)
Design and analyse multi-factor experiments to isolate the drivers that matter.
Programme overview
This technical course is a two-day workshop building on comparative techniques to design and analyse multi-factor manufacturing and semiconductor experiments.
Using JMP software, participants explore full and fractional factorial designs and screening experiments, identify main effects and interactions, evaluate aliasing and use prediction profilers to optimise process outputs with fewer experimental runs.
What participants learn
- Structure full and fractional factorial experiments in JMP software
- Interpret cube, interaction and Pareto plots to separate real signals from noise
- Resolve aliasing challenges in fractional and screening designs
- Apply significance tests and prediction profilers to build predictive models and optimise outputs
