Programme overview
This manufacturing course shifts quality control from downstream detection to upstream prevention using Poka Yoke mistake-proofing, focusing on the root causes of human and process error in electronics assembly and SMT operations.
Participants learn to design physical jigs, sensor-based controls and visual aids, working through contact, fixed-value and motion-step methods, warning and shutdown controls and interlock systems for their own production lines.
